FAQs from 2007's party
What attire is expected? We suggest dressy casual. As always please come as you are but this is a fun excuse to dress up!
What is the price of parking? There is plenty of free parking in the area.
What age group is this party for? This is a big event that will have all ages of singles and friends at Gateway.
Is alcohol allowed? We will be serving wine with dinner. No outside beverages are allowed.
What if I don't know anyone going? We encourage you to make that step and join us. This is a very welcoming group and this event will have plenty of things going on so you can meet others. Also when you register you can choose to help volunteer at the party which is a great way to serve and meet a few others.
What kind of people go to your 'singles' events? Yes, that word has connotations. We are not trying to hook up. We are not desperate for friends. We are a unique group that has a spiritual purpose. We want to do things together. We want great conversation and community to help us grow and to have fun with. Remember this is Gateway - not your typical singles group.
What kind of food are you having? We have a great menu including a Tex-Mex taco bar, coffee bar, wine served with dinner, great desserts and plenty of vegetarian selections.
